I specialise in cakes, cupcakes and other desserts that are all sugar free, gluten free, LCHF, Banting and some are even Diabetic friendly. I have also catered for dairy free, Vegan and Coeliac clients. I have always believed that just because you have limitations with what you can eat, doesn’t mean that the food you eat shouldn’t be delicious! 1. Chocolate Truffle Squares with Macadamia Nuts R28 each – These are similar to brownies, but contain no flour and therefore have a mousse-like texture. Made with Cocoafair’s 90% organic chocolate, eggs, xylitol, cream, butter and pure vanilla extract

2. Chocolate Truffle Cake topped with fresh berries and chocolate shards R330 per cake (serves 8 – 10) – similar to the truffle squares, only a bigger version with no nuts

3. Dairy Free Spiced Chocolate, Pumpkin and Pecan Cake R350 per cake (serves 8 – 10) – this moist chocolate cake is dairy free and topped with a chocolate ganache, the subtle hints of cinnamon, ginger and paprika enhance the flavour of the cake, while the pumpkin provides the moisture and the pecan nuts give it a lovely crunch. 4. Velvet Cupcakes R30 each – These are not red in colour as I choose not to use anything artificial in my baking. Creamy notes from the icing compliment the light chocolate taste and the raspberry on the top cuts through the cream, and leaves behind a sour fruitiness. Made with a mixture of macadamia nut flour and coconut flour, eggs, xylitol, with a vanilla cream cheese icing

5. Double Chocolate Cupcakes R30 each – Rich dark chocolate ganache icing on top of a dark chocolate cake. A chocoholic’s delight. Made with a mixture of macadamia nut flour and coconut flour, eggs, xylitol and Cocoafair organic 90% chocolate

6. Lemon Cupcakes with Lemon Cheesecake Icing R30 each – A zesty cake topped with a lemon cream cheese icing and garnished with candied lemon rind. Made with a mixture of macadamia nut flour and coconut flour, eggs, xylitol, with real lemon and cream cheese icing

7. All cupcakes can be made into cakes: R360 for a single layer and R560 for a double layer

8. Baked Cheesecake R350 (serves 8 – 10) A light vanilla baked cheesecake. Made with a base of coconut flour, macadamia nut flour, butter, xylitol, and cinnamon and filled with yoghurt, full fat cottage cheese, eggs, xylitol and vanilla extract

9. Chocolate Baked Cheesecake R380 (serves 8 – 10) A decadent baked cheesecake topped with a chocolate ganache. Made with a base of macadamia nut flour, coconut flour, xylitol, butter, organic cocoa, and filled with full fat cottage cheese, mascarpone, yoghurt, cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and topped with a ganache from 85% organic chocolate

10. Raspberry and almond layer cake R600 (serves 12) – homemade raspberry jam sandwiched between layers of almond cake – made with almond flour, macadamia nut flour, coconut flour, whey powder, eggs, coconut oil, buttermilk, xylitol, vanilla extract, almond extract, salt, baking soda, xanthan gum, apple cider vinegar, raspberries, lemon juice, cream cheese, butter

11. Blueberry Pancake Stack Cake R350 (serves 8 – 12) – A light, fluffy stack of blueberry pancakes, layered with a blueberry creme fraiche. Made with coconut flour, eggs, yoghurt, xylitol, baking powder, blueberries, creme fraiche, vanilla extract

12. Egg and Dairy Free Chocolate Fudge Cake with Salted Caramel Sauce R460 (serves 12) – A Vegan cake filled with goodness. A fudgy double-layered chocolate cake with a salted caramel centre and topping, finished off with candied pecan nuts. Made with ground flax seeds, ground sunflower seeds, macadamia nut flour, xylitol, baking soda, coconut oil, Himalayan salt, vanilla extract, 95% organic chocolate, apple cider vinegar, pumpkin, coconut cream, pecan nuts

13. Carrot cake R460 (serves 12) – a double layer of moist spicy carrot deliciousness with a lemon cream cheese icing and pecan nuts. Made with macadamia nut flour, coconut flour, sunflower seeds and coconut, xylitol, spices, egg, lemon, carrot, butter, buttermilk, cream cheese

14. Nut and Seed Granola R50 (250g) – made with flax seeds, pecan nuts, sunflower seeds, flaked almonds, macadamia nuts, cinnamon, mixed spice, cocoa nibs, coconut oil, xylitol, vanilla extract

*Minimum order for cupcakes is 6 of the same and minimum order for truffle squares is 6

1. Mini Spinach, Feta and Red Pepper Crustless Quiches R25 each (minimum 6 per order) – made with eggs, cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, onion, herbs and spices

2. Mini Bacon and Mushroom Crustless Quiches R25 each (minimum 6 per order) – made with eggs, cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, onion, herbs and spices and the best naturally cured bacon, free from preservatives

3. Seed Loaf R70 per loaf made with ground sunflower seeds, coconut flour, psyllium husks, eggs, baking powder, salt, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar

I cater for all events such as birthdays, cocktail parties, tea parties, dinner parties, work functions or simply order just because you deserve a treat! 🙂
