texas 99While TxDOT says the expansion goes mainly through rural portions of the region, SH-99 would be near more than 100 established nehborhoods, especially in the AlvinState Hhway 99 (SH 99), also known as the Grand Parkway, is a beltway in the U.S. state of Texas. Its first section opened on August 31, 1994.
